Project scope:  Complete interior renovations to the 238 room hotel were completed at Doubletree Princeton. In addition to the guest room renovations, the hotel’s lobby, fitness center, meeting rooms, administrative offices, business center, technology and building automation, swimming pool, lobby, food service, ball room and banquet facilities were completely upgraded and renovated. The completed project resulted in an ADA-compliant and FEMA-approved facility. Epic developed a phasing and staging plan where hotel operations and functions continued during all construction and renovation phases.
